Chef Gary Stewart has been busy in the Tartine kitchen and we are delighted to inform you that their latest sauce product is ready just in time for Summer.
The Distillers Raspberry & Apple sauce is made in small batches and uses the best local ingredients. Armagh apples laden with flavour are infused with ripe raspberries and a generous splash of our local Bushmills Whiskey to create a taste sensation. A slight hint of Cinnamon and Clove provide the backdrop flavour and ensure that this sweet sauce goes well with desserts,scones,ice creams and even in cocktails!
